UX Consultant - Bunnyfoot
Customers usually have expectations about a service before they’ve ever used it. In this talk Aimée explores how to design joined up services based on an understanding of customer expectations and how they actually change customers’ perceptions of their experiences.
With a background in Graphic Design, Aimée started her career creating everything from magazine spreads to iPad apps, before doing additional study in user centred research methodologies and transitioning to focus on UX, digital and interaction design.
Previously, as Senior Digital Designer and UX Lead at a creative agency, she worked with global automotive companies and start-ups alike to carry out user research, stakeholder engagement, systems and IA modelling, wireframing, prototyping and user testing for apps, content management systems and websites. As a UX Consultant at Bunnyfoot, she is involved in all aspects of ethnographic research and user centred design; she has also written and teaches the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design’ course at Bunnyfoot. Aimée’s recent clients include BBC, Kew Gardens, Sky, and Historic Royal Palaces.
