Associate Product Manager - Cancer Research UK
Cancer Research UK is constantly exploring how we can utilise emerging technologies to meet the needs of our different audiences. In this talk we’ll be walking through the process we took (Google Ventures Design Sprint) to explore how CRUK could use technology like Amazon Alexa to engage the public with cancer prevention messaging.
With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, Alex works as an Associate Product Manager in Cancer Research UK’s Technology Graduate Scheme. Having experienced a number of placements, one of Alex’s personal highlights was working in the Innovation team. Here, his remit was to identify new technologies and carry out lean testing to understand their value for the organisation. This is where he first started working with Voice UI, and has since been a central player in shaping how the charity moves forward with this new technology.
