Google Analytics is a simple tool – put the tracking code on every page and that’s it, right? Not quite. To turn it into a supercharged UX tool capable of revealing glorious insights you’ll have to spend some time customising it. In this session you’ll find out what’s possible, from integrating third party tools to tracking everything a user does.
I run a digital analytics agency called One Further. We’re a small, dedicated team and we enjoy making a difference to organisations that make a difference.
