Lean UX & Startup tips

Tight budgets, small teams, skill gaps and limited time are just a few of the challenges Startups or small organisations often face.

In this session, Emily will provide tips and tools which could help small teams or individuals start working towards successful UX outcomes without the need for lots of cash, hiring new team members or investing in lots of kit. She will introduce the key principles of ‘Lean UX’ and share learnings from her experiences of working with startups and on low budget projects.
