Ruth D’Arcy-Daniel is a User Experience Researcher. Having witnessed countless users battling with software, websites and apps, she understands first-hand the negative effects of failing to conduct comprehensive user research upfront. It doesn’t have to be like that! Many years of hands-on experience coupled with a Masters degree in Human-Centred Systems (awarded at City University, London) qualifies her to look at life from the user’s perspective whilst keeping a keen eye on clients’ business goals and objectives.
