Reporting Usability on a Budget

For usability testing to be valuable, study findings must clearly identify issues and help the team move toward design solutions. This talk will help you to report usability in an effective and cheap way.

About the speaker:

User experience researcher and designer with a background in software developments and digital strategy that spans 15 years delivering digital and non-digital experiences.

Since that time I have worked with a wide variety of clients to provide insight into their user’s experience with software, web applications, mobile devices, e-learning, IVR systems, and non-transactional and e-commerce sites. My most frequent work involves usability studies as part of an iterative design process.

As Head of UX Research at WhatUsersDo, I’m responsible for delivering actionable insights to help companies measure and improve their online presence.

Clients include industry leaders across a variety of industries and include Mark & Spencer, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Aldi, Interflora, Disney, JD Williams, Pan Macmillan Publishers, Michelin, La Redoute, Deckers, RAC, and other companies in the UK, Europe and US.
