User Researcher - Home Office
It is not taken as a given that designing public services is for the public good. I share some complex ethical issues that we face in Home Office user-centred design.
I am a user researcher in the Police Digital Service, where I lead a project that involves internal users of national police systems. My background in Psychology and Philosophy has led to my involvement in research ethics. I also have an interest in anxiety and depression in policing. I enjoy illustration and graphic design, so I specialise in visualising research findings.
