With a digital career as old as Youtube, Charlotte was part of the original team at innovation consultancy, Made by Many who are renowned in the digital industry for achieving impactful outcomes with small teams. Charlotte is ambitious to establish an ‘innovation as usual’ capability within Comic Relief, as it shifts gear to be a creative agency for social change.

She brings experience of agile product development and lean innovation working practices, learning initiatives and digital product professional development. She’s committed to supporting the drive for creative organisations to optimise for inclusion.
