Leading with values and designing for impact

For UX designers, this talk is about designing for impact and leading with principles. It is also about approaching wicked problems from company values — something we specialise in at Cosmic Velocity.

A war between Russia and Ukraine shaped a lot of the last year for all three us, and made us think more about how we impact things, and what are our values, and how they are represented in our work. Olena will elaborate on the values and their importance in design and decision making.

About the speaker:

Olena is a researcher, designer, сo-founder of Cosmic Velocity and leads design in Zeilen Van Vrijheid (a non-for profit supplying medical aid to Ukraine). Previously she was a principle consultant at Webcredible, and is an alumni of HCID.
