“An AI for UX: Wielding generative AI to reshape user experience research

In UX, more than in most professions, generative AI is changing our old ways of working, and the only way to stay relevant is to skill up on the new tool. I will give you an overview of what ChatGPT can do for a user researcher and demonstrate how to use its brand-new Deep Research functionality to accelerate the analysis of qualitative, semi-structured user interviews.
