About the event.

Who are we?

We are City, University of London’s Centre for Human Computer Interaction Design, a human computer interaction group with outstanding research, teaching, and consultancy & business services. Our prime focus is the relationship between people and innovative technology with the aim of creating more useful and usable systems. We offer a full-time/part-time MSc in Human-Computer Interaction, run a usability lab, and are a leading research centre in the UK.

What can I expect?

Expect a variety of engaging talks related to UX / design from our friends in industry alongside HCID academics, PhD’s and research staff.

Who is this event for?

This event is for designers, researchers, academics, and anyone with an interest in the latest trends in UX and Human Computer Interaction.

Can my organisation sponsor the event?

We value the support of sponsors in running the event. Sponsorship is typically £500 per sponsor and this goes towards catering on the day. In exchange for sponsorship we guarantee a speaking slot for sponsor organisations, sponsor promotion on conference site, a table per sponsor at the event, sponsor logos on display throughout the event and shout outs for sponsors ahead of keynotes.

Where can I book tickets, and how much does it cost?

This year we are charging professionals a non-refundable fee of £15 per ticket to contribute towards catering costs. Students and new career entrants will still be able to book free tickets. You can get your tickets now via our University booking system, so book early to avoid disappointment!
