About the speaker:

Rebeca is a UX Design Manager at Global Relay and a guest lecturer at City, London. With a background in product design and media production, Rebeca brings a multidisciplinary lens to UX. She has led design initiatives across diverse sectors and enterprises—including at the BBC, Aviva, and PCCW Global —in-house and as a UX consultant. Today, she focuses on designing self-service digital experiences that leverage automation to optimise intuitive journeys.
